Are you part of the new generation of timeshare sales specialists, with impressive, in-house sales results built upon relationship-based closings? Are you ready to assume a sales strategist leadership role for our beautiful, mixed use Caribbean resorts? Will use effective training and marketing strategies, daily sales activities, vacation ownership sales/revenue enhancements and innovative cost containment programs to achieve timeshare sales goals.

Requires effective selection, training and direction of multi-site marketing/sales staff and office administrative staff. Must possess thorough knowledge of vacation ownership industry operations, vocabulary and business related trends and 3 years experience in vacation ownership sales operations, including 2 years of direct timeshare sales activity and 1 year of in-house sales focus.

Candidate must be computer savvy and possess excellent interpersonal and sales training skills.
